Netflorist gives terrible service! Unacceptable!

I placed an order on Saturday 9 January for flowers for relatives in the U.K. on the occasion of the passing of my brother there. As I dont see why I should telephone them to find out if the flowers have been delivered, I tracked my order on your website which says that the order is 'still being 'prepared;. This level of service is deplorable. I think you should simply refund my money and I will place the order elsewhere. Terrible service. Do not use these people for your flower or gift orders.
