Netflorist gives my wife's flowers to a total stranger!!!!! and her contact number

Flowers were ordered for my Wife's birthday, 2 days later ,they are not received, when I enquired with NetFlorist, they claim it was given to a neighbour I do not know. They claim that this is common practice and they feel they have done their job and delivered... Worse than that they claim the neighbour (who still hasn't called) will contact my wife???? How???? oh..they gave this stranger her Cell number... In an age where laws are being passed to protect personnel security, here is a company that has no problem sharing....
