NETFLORIST GIVES FAECES SERVICE

They said they'd deliver the parcel on my birthday 20th Dec. It's 18h25 these imbeciles have not delivered. The driver delivering my other parcel said its highly unlikely I'll get it today. R600 down the drain. I called call centre at 14h00 she said they deliver until 20h00 and that it's my fault because I ordered late. Funny enough two weeks back I ordered at the same time and they delivered to the business address at 10h00 in the morning!! So this piece of sh**t service prefers to treat people in business buildings better than people in residential areas. They'll never get another cent from me, for 4 years I've been supporting them this is the thank you I get. Trash!!!!?
