Netflorist gift fir 4th January

On the 2nd January I ordered orchids for my sister’s birthday on the 4th January. The plant was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd . Instead nothing!!! I called and was told that my payment did not go through. They needed proof of payment to release the gift. I was away on holiday at the time and had no acess to the computer to send a pdf format that was requested. I did a screenshot of my statement as that was the only thing I could do at the time . Still this was not accepted. On the 11th when I was back home I did sent a pdf statement as requested, still nothing. So disappointing I will never use your service again. The person I was in contact with was Keanu Swartz.
