Netflorist get your admin in order

So on Valentines day I decided to make use of a R300.00 credit I had on the platform, on checkout I app**** it and the website froze, when i returned it was gone, so I went ahead and just paid or the order in full, I then sent Netflorist an enquiry from their contacts page, after a week or so I did that again and after that I decided I would call them, I explained and they said they will have it sorted by the end of the day… this didn't happen after another week I called in again and they said tgey can see the Credit is app**** to a missing order and that they will escalate this and call be back by end of day… surprise this did not happen also.. now weeks upon weeks has passed and nothing. Netflorist can you get your service in order. Tjis is ridiculous I have almost spent more than the credit in calling you to fix this
