Netflorist Flowers guarantee is only 48 hours!

I received a bunch of 12 roses on the 20th February, by the 24th of February my flowers were wilted already, l contacted the call centre and they told me that the complaint has to be logged with in 48 hours, so their guarantee on their flowers are 2 days. What a shame, l will not be using Netflorist again, and l will be informing anyone l speak to not to use Netflorist.
