NETFLORIST FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS ARE A ****!

I can not express my utter disgust in the flower arrangement I received and wanted to hand over to a friend. I ordered the LARGE Majestic White Sympathy Arrangement at R1249.85– as presented on Netflorist website together with a sympathy card that I wanted to hand over to a friend who just lost a dear member of their family. First of all the flower arrangement on the web and the arrangement received do not match whatsoever. I received a 5th grade flower arrangement of which I could have done better. The flowers are damaged and old with excessive amounts of foliage. The sympathy card purchased arrived in a torn envelope and the message was incomplete - so much so that I can not attempt to fix it up nor present it to my friend. This is the most worst service I have ever received from Netflorist - I will and shall not even present it to my worst enemy!
