Netflorist father's day gifting

I was very upset as the original placement of this order stated earliest delivery to be 16 June. To which the order came on June 18th. Basically at night around 7pm. Usually not the level of service I receive from this company. But recently it's just down hill. Quality of flowers have also decreased.
