NetFlorist: false advertising and lack of service

I ordered flowers prior to Valentines Day and chocolates were supposed to be a free gift, if the delivery was done prior to Valentines Day. Least to say no chocolates was received. I've sent numerous emails querying it buy just got a standard response that they'll get back to me....which never happened thus far.
