Netflorist failure to unsubscribe

Can someone please explain how to unsubscribe from email notifications from netflorist? I've unsubscribed before, still they sending emails. I've sent an email whereby I've received confirmation that I've been unsubscribed/removed and still receiving emails. I've added the notifications to my spam folder but still continues. Is there someway possible that this can escalated as harassment
