Netflorist - Failure to deliver

Worst possible service i have ever received from an online company, never deliver on the date you selected. Don't communicate to the customer if the parcel have not been delivered. Call center just puts you on hold and cannot give you an exact answer as to where your parcel is. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!
