Netflorist Fails Yet again!

Immediately after placing the order, changed the recipient address as recipient status changed. Mailed them at care mailed them at orders and phoned and spoke with them. Apparently everything sorted. Then the driver phones the recipient and refuses rudely (will not repeat words here) to deliver her gift only 5km away.

Netflorist promises next day delivery. Next day comes and goes. Neflorist’s promise an empty shell. They close their doors for the weekend without even doing anything to ensure service. Pathetic to say the least. I would not ever use them again nor recommend them, ever. .
