NetFlorist fails to fulfill order as purchased

I used NetFlorist to send flowers to my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered a protea bouquet, with mixed flowers for R650. Unfortunately what they sent was one protea stem, surrounded by carnations. Honestly I paid R650 for a bunch of carnations. I'm terribly disappointed and highly recommend people find other resources for sending flowers to South Africa.
