Netflorist fails to deliver the right gift on a special V-Day occassion.

Not impressed at all! Ordered a high-end V-Day gift for my wife, definitely paid a high-end tariff for it and got a mediocre 'other' gift delivered instead. Trying to make contact with them is neither easy. Think I will go over to the opposition now for all future purchases.
