Netflorist fails to deliver. Don’t rely on them!

This was an order for a big birthday, my husband’s 40th and I received a call at 2pm to say that the items are out of stock. I was in meetings all day and did not expect Netflorist to fail to deliver this order.

I specifically ordered the fruit and nut pack to meet dietary requirements (diabetic vegetarian) and they called to offer meat substitutes and chocolate.

Their whole business markets the convenience of delivering items. This service was utterly ridiculous.

If items were out of stock, the order shouldn’t have been accepted because I don’t have any options to get another gift today. It was past midday and past my lunch hour when they failed to deliver.
