NetFlorist fails to deliver!

I am furious! I ordered flowers (day before delivery) for a birthday gift for my son's girlfriend who is a teacher at a pre-primary school. I was notified that the flowers were delivered at 17h09! That is AFTER WORK HOURS which meant that my son's girlfriend did not receive the flowers on her birthday. She had already left the school by that time. Fortunately a colleague was still on the premises so she took delivery of the flowers. That is not what I expected and/or paid for! No "warm and fuzzy" feelings unfortunately .... and I have still not had a response from NetFlorist after emailing them. Needless to say, I will never use NetFlorist again!!
