Netflorist fails on Valentine's day

Said they would be able to deliver roses on Valentine's day. We waited at home the whole day to eventually get a message that "apologies we cannot deliver on the agreed day" at 19h00. We rescheduled for two days later, the roses were PINK when I ordered RED roses. No apology. Honestly, I regret relying on Netflorist. Next year, I'm going straight to Woolworths for Valentine's day. I would think Valentine's is THE ONE day in the year where Netflorist get it together. My advice: make an alternate plan. Do not rely on Netflorist. And it seems I'm not the only one, the Netflorist delivery guy had a car packed with valentine's items.
