Netflorist Fails Again

Cannot believe Netflorist is still in business for so long. Also cannot believe they have a rating of 4+, wonder if they buy their reviews. Utterly terrible service with no focus on customers. Orders do not get delivered on time, and when they eventually get delivered quality of flowers are poor. Need more competition in this market as they are currently exploiting their position.
