Netflorist failed to deliver my gift

My friend ordered something for me from netflorist. Delivery has never arrived. She's in China and sent me details to me follow up. When I called they said all was sorted but gift still hasn't arrived and it's been over a month. In the initial order stock ran out and she was sent a voucher. When she made the second order using the voucher it apparently needed releasing according to the consultant who assisted me. But still no delivery. This is totally unacceptable and very disappointing.
