Netflorist fail to uphold service agreement.

I placed a few different orders for Valentines Day, one of which was for our daughter in Potchefstroom. It came back confirmed for delivery on the 14th! Great...we thought! Despite me contacting Netflorist and a few phone calls where they promised it would be delivered soon, she finally only received her hamper yesterday (20th - nearly one week later).

I am massively disappointed and epspecially when their system confirms a delivery date and then when they fail to deliver the service I've paid for, the only response I get is "we are sorry". No accountablility for the fact that they have broken a service agreement!!

Who do I contact to take this further??
