NetFlorist - FAIL TO DELIVER

I ordered flowers for same day delivery for a special occasion. My friend had the opening of her hair salon and I wanted it delivered for the opening. Although the website reflected the status as "out for delivery" since 14h30 it was never delivered. When I complained I was told it will be delivered first thing the next morning. Well, still waiting. Now they are delivering flowers that's been in a car the whole day before, and claiming the flowers are fresh. Really!!!!!! What a bunch of *****/******. I also very much doubt that the flowers will be delivered today. I read the reviews on their website (which I should have done before I ordered) and there are so many complaints about non-delivery. Do not waste your money on this company!! They obviously do not care about their clients or their reputation.
