Netflorist Fail Again!

Second year running that Anniversary flowers were not delivered!! Delivery paid for and expected on the 29th, no delivery and no contact from Netflorist by the 1st .....(3 days later) Called them and was told that the driver broke down and his cell phone also broke down so “Sorry about that do you want delivery on the 2nd?” The Anniversary was the 29th!!!!!!!!!!! Still waiting for management to return my call ??? NEVER USING THEM AGAIN! Pathetic Company
