Netflorist extremely bad service

Good day,

My experience with Netflorist was originally bad but has now become pathetic. I ordered 12 red roses last week for delivery. When they delivered we could see these roses were old and contacted them immediately. After a few calls and emails Lebo at Netflorist arranged for a new delivery.

Unbelievably when their new delivery arrived it seemed like the flowers were made up from the same old roses for second time. The was a card attached with no apology or message in it. It is absolutely unacceptable that a company can conduct business in this manner.
