Netflorist Exploited me
A week before Valentine's day this company put an advert that they want temp drivers because they were expecting a lot of business the following week. I called them they the asked me to come for a driver training which I did attended to. They said they will pay R57 per every successful delivery. I was called for a test load which I did . I delivered 5 deliveries in Randburg and they were all successful. I returned their buckets and my delivery sheet. Since midrand was far for me I requested to be transferred to Citydeep. They gave me the transfer form that I was going to give to this branch. The following day I reported to City deep they took the form and told me to wait for a delivery call . They called me after a couple of days for a delivery which I went and they gave me 5 parcels as well which I delivered and every delivery was successful. I returned my delivery sheet as well as their bucket. They said the payment will be in 2 weeks which I patiently waited for . To my surprise I was only paid R207.20 deposited into Money Account SWIPE account **3301 at 02:15 on 26/02/2022. Ref: NETFLORISTVALENTINE S DAY. Available balance R******. Now I called them several times and would be put on hold for more than 30 minutes, sometimes they would drop my calls. I have now used more than R100 of airtime trying to get my money that i worked for. I spoke to a lady called Rethabile twice and she would tell me that the lady from City deep is not in the office and her name is Zanele . So that means Zanele is working but she is not in the office but she gets paid and I worked for my money let alone the fuel that I used and my car that I used but I am not paid what's due to me. Is this some form of exploiting people? I am sure during that Valentine time the company made money , but are failing to pay my money that I worked for.
