Netflorist experience

Terrible experience with no customer service support. I've been unable to place an order despite even registering a new account. Telephone support is surly and unhelpful and email support is not existent as emails go completely unanswered. Such a poor user experience having to go in and redo multiple orders, inputting addresses and card information again and again in an unfriendly interface.
