Netflorist. Expensive, poor quality and worse service!

Netflorist delivered roses and chocolates for my wife's birthday on a Friday. By Sunday the roses were dying despite cool weather and being in water from the moment they were delivered.

The chocolates have an expiry date of the same month.

When I raised this on the Monday with their WhatsApp help line - I got the following response.

"Unfortunately it has passed the 48 hour query window for complaints, however, please see link on how to take care of your flowers in the future https://www.netflorist.co.za/Flower_Advice.htm"

Given the very high cost of their service - this is unacceptable

This is pathetic quality and even worse service. They have lost this entire family as customers!
