Netflorist exhibits extremely poor after sales service!

Seriously disappointed with after sales service from Netflorist. Purchased a set of earrings for my spouse which unfortunately causes great discomfort when she puts it on. It seems as if the angle at which the earrings go into the earlobe differs from the piercing in the ear. My request to substitute the earrings for something else of equal value, has been totally ignored. Receipt of my e-mails have not even been acknowledged. I will never buy any product from Netflorist ever again if this is the standard of their service levels.
