Netflorist Excessive Delivery Charges

I've been a customer of Netflorist for almost five years now, if not more. The products they sell are good and there's no issues there. I was disappointed recently when I ordered multiple products and had to pay delivery on each item (in the same "basket") even though they were being delivered on the same day to the same person . Customers should not be made to bare the costs of the inefficiencies within Netflorist's value chain, its unacceptable. Other e-commerce stores which I use don't charge delivery once your basket is above R500 and yet Netflorist charged me twice on a R700 order. They can honestly learn from their competitors.
