Netflorist empty promises and false pretences

What a disappointment. I ordered a mother's day gift and initial delivery was 14 May. I made a plea to Netflorist to please have it delivered Friday 11 May and this was all agreed to via email.

Nothing arrived on Friday and this morning 14 May, I got a message the parcel is out for delivery. Not even any apology as to why the gift wasn't delivered as agreed.

I would not have been so angry and disappointed if I was told last week that the delivery date can't be brought forward from the 14th to the 11th. Instead I was lead to believe the gift will be delivered on the 11th as I requested.

I probably would not have ordered the gift if I was told the truth from the start. So that is what really irritates me. And the same person that agreed that my parcel will be delivered on the 11th now tells me they make use of a courier service to deliver to my area and that's why the initial delivery date wasn't moved. Why could I not have been told this initially, instead it was all yes yes yes you parcel will be delivered on 11 May as requested.

Really disappointed.
