Netflorist - Empty Promises

After ordering two valentines gifts for my wife on the 12th for delivery on the 14th, She first receives someone else's gift then later receives one of the two gifts ordered. Then NetFlorist tells me the second gift is still being manufactured. So chances are the valentines gift will not be delivered on valentines day.

Very dissapointed
