Netflorist Durban Poor Service ,poor communication

I made an order for the anniversary gift for my husband on Monday and I paid ,I got a conformation that all was well,order was being processed. This morning I'm.getting an email that 1 of the item I bought is out of stock while expecting a delivery tomorrow, they dont even have a decency of calling me ,they just sending an email and they don't even realize the inconvenience they have caused me ,what making me unhappy is that its not for the first time they doing this ,Netflorist Durban can not be trusted, they will mess up your plans .I'm disappointed and decided not to use their service ever again.If you use Netflorist you must also be aware that you stand a chance of being disappointed.
