Netflorist Dropping the Standards

Order was meant to be delivered during the day at a business address. Order only delivered after 16:30 when recipient had already left work. Surprise element whilst at work taken away. There is damage to the item so meaning it is of poor quality.

Doubt will use netflorist again. Second time in less than a year i have issues with netflorist service
