NetFlorist driver nearly caused accident...

On 13/3/2024 I mailed NetFlorist to complain about a reckless driver that almost collided with me when he was too eager to merge into my lane. The driver also drove well over the 60km/h in a suburb area. The day after I received a mail back stating that the matter was resolved. Funny, I wasn't contacted directly and neither was I given feedback of the conclusion to their investigation. I mailed them back to say the matter is not resolved in my opinion... I haven't heard anything back since my reply.

Pathetic and quite frankly, disgusting service and communication. I shall post the picture of the vehicle in question on social media now.
