Netflorist-Dried, Wilted Flowers for R 629.90!!!!!!!

I ordered flowers for to be delivered to my mum for her birthday today! I paid R629.90 and she received a bouquet where the stems were dried up and turning yellow. The leaves were wilted!!!! What kind of pathetic service is this???? and for that price?????? Absolutely disgusted and embarrassed that I trusted you for such an important event!!!!!!!!
