Netflorist don't keep their promise,pathetic flowers!

So ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife for Valentine's Day,she only received the flowers only not the chocolates,the flowers were not good quality,flowers were dropping and were petals falling,called Netflorist eventhough I sent them photos on their what's app line which they informed me when flowers were delivered but informed that is another department I need to email them photos,really now netflorist is one company,I did in any case email them photos and they still refuse to refund me,whey to go Netflorist for ruining Valentine's Day for us,please don't use this pathetic company you will regret it,and they don't keep their promise regarding 100 % refund if not satisfied with flowers.
