Netflorist don't deliver on time and also don't deliver all the items that was paid for.

I have ordered a gift and card to be delivered to my girlfriend. Did payment before 8am. The gift were supposed to be delivered on the same day. It was delivered 2 days later. My girlfriend also did not receive the card that I had paid R40 for. Why do you have such a service with the cards but don't deliver the items that was paid for or deliver on time as was indicated.

This is ****************. We pay for a service and for gifts that is not included.
