Netflorist dont deliver but take your money

Very disgusted in Netflorist. Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday as I was away on business. Paid in full. My order number was ***. When I called 1st time, was told they are offline. Called again and placed on hold for over 10 min. No flowers delivered, no apologies no excuses! Terrible customer service. They also did not respond to emails for refund request. Definately not a place to order a gift online as they do not deliver on time. East London the worst. So disappointing.Do not order with them or your lived ones will be sadly disappointed.
