Netflorist doesn't inform you that the florist doesn't deliver on Saturday but still tells you it does and takes your money!

I order flowers on the 2nd of May for the 5th of May 2018, a Saturday. Netflorist sent me an email saying it would be delivered on Saturday. The flowers never arrived. It was my mother's birthday and I ordered them on behalf of my father. My mother thought my father forgot! The flowers only arrived Monday. Only when I emailed them asking for an explanation did they then tell me, oh Secunda doesn't deliver on Saturdays! All they say is sorry for the inconvenience. It's not acceptable!
