NetFlorist Doesn't Deliver in any way

We had the most atrocious service from NetFlorist. We ordered 4 personalised calendars from them in November, all to be delivered to the same address. They only delivered one. We then instructed them to deliver the other three to the people they were for, who had all returned to their homes in Natal by then. They completely messed that up and only one of the three remaining calendars were delivered. We have spent the last 3 months trying to get a refund, but have just been sent from pillar to post. Only use NetFlorist if you are prepared for wasted time, money and mega amounts of frustration.
