NETFLORIST - doesn't deliver everything you ordered and zero customer service

I ordered and paid for flowers and a birthday balloon for my son's future wife. The flowers were delivered but not the balloon that I had paid for. I know it's only R50 but....the point is that NetFlorist has taken money from me and the item wasn't delivered. They don't answer their phones and after listening to the very annoying answering machine message so many times I gave up. I have emailed their two client support email addresses 12 times with no response except for an automatic response. I often send out gifts for clients and this was my first time using NetFlorist. Needless to say I will NEVER use this company again because they take your money, don't deliver and their is zero customer service.
