Netflorist doesn't deliver

I am truly disappointed with them they have never let me down before like they have now I will never order from them again. what is the point in putting a date you want things delivered for it not to be delivered on the day to say no one was home when in fact someone was organized the whole day to wait for them then being told they couldn't get hold of you via cellphone when in fact they did not phone at all. They have truly left a sour taste in my mouth
