Netflorist doesn't deliver and keeps my money

I ordered some flowers and a bottle of (very expensive) champagne for my wife last week. Netflorist DID NOT deliver on the same day, and when they did arrive, they only delivered the flowers. Days later, no delivery of the missing items, and on the website they have just increased the price of the delivered flowers (by 100%) to make it look like my order is complete. My original receipt shows the original prices and the second item (the champagne). They have failed utterly to provide a pleasant experience, and indeed have now forced me to pursue them to get my money back.

First and last experience of this business for me.
