Netflorist doesnt deliver

Netflorist have absolutely terrible service. Their mobi site does not allow for country changes. So i placed and incorrect order (country) phoned in to get it corrected and was told to place another order. I was only refunded R300 out of R409. Then placed another order for namibia. Phoned in to confirm a delivery instruction just to find out that they dont deliver in namibia anymore. I had to phone 9 times as they NEVER phone you back. **** **** **** **** service. Issue still not resolved as noOne knows what to do and refuses that one speak to a manager. So im out of pocket for R750 and nothing to show for it. Order nrs was ********** 23 and ********** 79. Id much rather advice people to use floraNiche. No **** there
