Netflorist doesn't care a damn

I arranged with Netflorist to deliver on Saturday at home.

I confirmed delivery on Friday 18 Nov.

On 19 Nov they called about 9am and wanted to deliver at work. My wife gave him the home address.

At 16:01 allegedly it was delivered. Not sure where but assume at work.

This was for our anniversary. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I had 3 deliveries for Friday Saturday and Monday ordered and this is what I get.
