Netflorist does NOT deliver on customer satisfaction

Absolutely disappointed In netflorist- I put my order through weeks ago only to be sent a message yesterday stating url out of happy birthday ballon’s ?! Why is that when url clearly knew about my order and I paid for a service to deliver what I ordered to my fiancé in JHB on his birthday today, which is absolutely pathetic service from yourl , if that was the case I would have order from another company Who cares about their service to their customer with customer satisfaction cos url clearly don’t ! I don’t care about the refund! What I want was the man crate to have the happy birthday ballon attached to it ! But yourl can’t even do that - so why wasn’t this communicated to me weeks ago ??? Then I would have just cancelled the order so url sneakily tell me the day before the delivery leaving me with no choice - this is absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating - I would not recommend Netflorist to anyone - url are slacking big time !!!
