Netflorist does NOT deliver as agreed and paid for

Order ***‬. I want my money back please. I ordered flowers for the18th, and today is the 19th. I didn't want flowers to be delivered today but yesterday.

You could not fulfill my order, and you did not even notify me at all that you won't deliver. No feedback or communication. . Please pay my money back. There is always some issue with Netflorist.
