Netflorist does not consider the recipient's inconvenience
May daughter sent us flowers and chocolates for our 50th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately she chose Netflorist for the so-called service. First Netflorist phoned us to say they were delivering the "surprise" today and would someone be home? What surprise? Having waited for the delivery, I received a phone call that the delivery person was outside the door. Nobody was anywhere in the street. I then tried to contact them I heard a message to e-mail because they had so few agents working - and from home. I became very frustrated in that your delivery person made a mistake with the address but you have no system to help the end customer with a delivery gone wrong. You really should have a separate contact number for the person receiving the "surprise" gift - not a surprise when you tell the recipient beforehand. Their administration and support services are terrible. Covid 19 is no excuse.
Also my daughter in Australia says she included chocolates which were not enclosed. It was meant to foster goodwill but Netflorist is only interested in getting new orders and provides no facilities for the recipient to find out what went wrong - istead they expect the recipient to stay home the whole day waiting for the expected "surprise"! Not a very efficient organisation.
