Netflorist does not care, do not honour service promise!

This delivery service is unbelievably awful! They were late with my last 3 orders, I have to call and message and email several times only to get an automated response and zero care for the fact that orders are late, these orders were all for families impacted by COVID19, and the fact that there is no care, the cards are not even delivered so recipients don't even get the intended message of comforting words! Shocking absolutely shocking in these tough times we live in, not even an apology and forget a refund even though is costs you to chase them or make another plan since they do not honour the delivery date!
