Netflorist dissapointment

So I made an order on friday the 21st of august 2020 n today its tuesday the 26th and I called in the morning was told my order would go thru today only to find out later my order cnt go thru because it was a last week special I'm very disappointed with de service i have recieved from netflorist... but thanx to a lady named goodness she explained n made a reorder for me .. i need to be compensated as some1s special day was not fulfilled because of lack of communication within the staff of netflorist
