NETFLORIST - DISGUSTING THEIVES!

Pathetic Service Delivery!

I placed an order for delivery on the same day as it was still available, it was for a birthday gift. To my disappointment it was not delivered. I received an email the next day informing me my order was on the top of their priority list... it was 12;00 and i called in to follow up instructing them to cancel my order and refund me if it was nit delivered by 14:00 as the person delivery was intended for would not be available. At 14:30 i then called Netflorist again and asked that the order be cancelled and my money refunded to which i was informed that i can either get a gift voucher from netflorist or the money put into my netflorist account as they dont do refunds. That is ridiculous, why would i continue to do business with such pathetic service delivery! They are ********! robbing innocent people promising services they have no clue of. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM TO AVOID BEING DISSAPPOINTED & ****** !!
